Designing a specific plan, defining a targeted universe of prospective candidates, contacting sources within our extensive network, conducting targeted research and recruiting prospective candidates.

 

The Details – Interviewing & Evaluating

Evaluating potential candidates’ abilities, character, aspirations, and cultural fit; preparing a concise analysis of each candidate’s capabilities and qualifications.

 

Completion – Offer & Acceptance

Facilitating our client’s process, including final candidate selection, conducting reference analyses, negotiating a compelling offer and coaching candidates through the resignation process.
