Jill co-founded and manages NextCap Search, with a personal emphasis in its Investment Banking Practice.
With decades of experience as a search consultant, Jill has developed deep relationships with many valued clients and an extensive roster of candidates. Prior to co-founding NextCap Search, Jill was responsible for building and managing the Investment Banking practice at another boutique search firm where she spent 14 years.
Jill’s expertise spans beyond Investment Banking to encompass Equity Research, Private Equity, and Corporate Development and Strategy.
Jill was drafted into the field of executive search after a successful career in the consumer/retail industry where she honed her client service skills.
She is a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC).
Jill holds a BS in Business from Florida State University.
