Ira Ellman

Ira leads and executes searches across Human Resources, Corporate Strategy and Corporate Development at NextCap Search. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in designing and transforming recruiting organizations and strategies and is a recognized leader in the field.
He has more than 20 years of experience as a search professional and 15 years of experience in corporate human resources. Ira previously led the Human Resources search practice at a boutique search firm, and has held talent acquisition leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase, Bear Stearns and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He began his career as an information technology professional working at General Electric.
Ira graduated from Columbia University with a BS in Operations Research.
