Research Associate
As Research Associate, Michael leads all aspects of candidate identification and information management at NextCap. He leverages a strong sense of urgency and a high level of attention to detail in supporting client engagements.
Michael has worked in the administrative field for over 10 years, with experience in data management, analytics, and technology. Prior to joining NextCap in 2022, Michael was the assistant to the project manager of The Capital Improvement Program at the New York City DEP. Michael also has experience a senior Geographic Information Systems technician with RamTech Software Solutions and Central Hudson Gas and Electric.
Michael received his Bachelor Degree in Geography from The State University of New York at New Paltz. Outside of the office Michael is an accomplished, gallery shown Painter.
